Modern beautiful 4 bedroom villa with a private pool in the city of Albufeira. It's spacious, air-conditioned with 2 nice balconies upstairs, a large space outside with small garden private swimming-pool. Only 10 minutes walk to the Santa Eulalia and Oura beaches. The famouse Strip Street is only 10 minutes walk. The house is lovely furnished and is ideal for all ages. With the bus system at the main street (1min. walk) you will not have to walk if you do not wish. The space The villa is located in the Corcovada area in Albufeira near the bullfight arena in the urbanization where only villas are located. This private villa is fenced and has its own pool. Pool heating is available on request (for additional cost). On the territory of the villa there is a parking place for 1 car or two small ones. Also you can leave your car outside the house where there is a free parking space. The villa consists of 2 floors. There is a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. On the 1st floor we have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bathtub, a master bedroom with private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a kettle, a toaster, a coffe machine. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a safe. There are shutters on all windows for your security. Electric gates. A car is not needed as all the amenities are close. Free WiFi is awailable. The territory of the villa: A pool (1.4 m deep), grill, dining area, sun loungers around the pool Pool heating 30 euros/day Long term winter rents please note the base price excludes electricity. Cleaning is provided. Every guest will receive a pool towel during their holidays. Bed linens and bath towels are provided too. Housekeeping and linen change every 7-9 nights. Rubbish must be taken out daily to avoid ants. Big containers for the rubbish are located in front of the villa 10. You may be charged if the rubbish will be left inside the house after departure. No unacounted guests please. Guest access If you choose our villa for your holidays, you'll not need a car. Everything is close: supermarkets, bars and restaurants, beach and the center of Albufeira are 5-10 minutes walking distance. Faro airport is 27km from the house. Also we can arrange a transfer for you (for additional cost). Other things to note You can be asked to pay a damage deposit. The deposit will be refunded after your departure. Our villa has got its rules: - the house should be left in the same condition as it was when you entered. - garbage should be thrown away. Big containers for the garbage are in front of Villa 10. - dirty dishes must be put in the dishwasher. Do not put dirty dishes in the cupboards please! -on the day of your departure please leave the key in the key box, turn all electrical appliances off, including air conditioning. Close the windows and the front door, don't forget to close the gate. - the key from the house put in the same key lock.
