Suite With Private Entrance, Patio, & Bath

**April 2021 Update** We will not be accepting new reservations for the time being due to a new baby! We will re-open in the summer. The space Clean, comfortable walkout ground level suite. You will have a very comfortable bed, table with a coffee bar, full private bathroom, private porch, and a smart TV with streaming. You can make small meals with the induction cook plate, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and rice cooker/ food steamer. There is no full kitchen. We live upstairs with our two dogs Nova and Bonnie. You'll be able to hear occasional footsteps and doggy paws. Our neighborhood is quiet, diverse, and family friendly. You will come around the back of our end unit townhouse (12 small stairs involved) and walk through about 10 feet of grass with pavers to our private porch area. The basement has lots of natural light with blackout curtains to sleep the morning away. The queen sized bed has a 10-inch gel memory foam mattress. The full bathroom is completely private. A locking door separates the suite from the shared laundry area. We will come downstairs occasionally to do laundry, but will not enter the suite. We ask you to put on a mask if you come into the shared laundry area, as we wear masks in this space too. Guest access **Private patio with a table, chairs, and umbrella **Open bedroom with a memory foam queen mattress **A sitting area with coffee bar **Private full bathroom with shower **Laundry in the basement that you are welcome to use. **As frequent AirBnB renters, we know how important privacy is and will respect your space. **No full kitchen available. Electric single cook plate with pans, steam cooker, toaster, and microwave for small meals. Other things to note Parking: There is only one visitor parking pass, so we can only accommodate one vehicle at a time. There is a visitor parking pass that must be hung on your rear view mirror. Please remember to return the parking pass! The HOA charges $600 to replace it. Piano: We have a piano upstairs but we are respectful of reasonable hours (will not play before 10am or after 8pm). If you need quiet time during these hours, just let us know. Dogs: We have two dogs that bark only when we come home. They will never be downstairs.
