Beautiful Period Seaside Home - Budleigh Salterton

This beautiful, 18th century building is our family home and we let it annually whilst we are away on our summer holidays. It is a home from home and we want to you enjoy being just a couple of minutes walk from our pretty pebble beach and the attractive high street of the seaside town of Budleigh Salterton. The house is available from 11th July - 1st August 2025. w/c 11th July is a minimum of 4 days stay and w/c 18th July and 25th July are a minimum of a week . Enjoy your stay! The space This is our family home which we rent out in the summer when we are away. I run a cottage holiday let next door all year round, so have plenty of experience in knowing what makes this a lovely home for your holiday. Guest access The whole house is yours and we run bookings from Friday to Friday during the summer. There is off street car parking at the back of the house and a lovely garden space with patio, all for your use. Other things to note Please note that we run week-long bookings from Friday to Friday during holiday periods.
