Situated on Llandudno promenade. Modern contemporary decor, property is on the first floor has access through stairs, not suitable for elderly/ disabled persons. Property is located on the sea front but doesnt have sea views as it looks over the back of the property. Suitable for a couple or small family of three with a third guest being a child. Parking is free on kerb side , can be busy in summers. PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A CCTV CAMERA IN THE COMMUNAL AREA/ STAIRS, BUT NONE INSIDE THE APARTMENT The space Very convenient access on promenade, can brew a tea and enjoy it on the sea front. Quiet and cosy appartment. Please note this apartment is only suitable for a small family i.e. two adults with a child. This property is not suitable for more than three guests. If you plan to arrive before check in time please contact us. Most of the times we are able to accommodate early check in. Note: The property is not suitable for persons with disabilities due to stairs in access. Parking in front of the property is now paid. However, you may be able to park free of charge on the back roads with no marking. Guest access Strictly no pets allowed and no smoking in the premises. Other things to note Please find complimentary tea, milk and beverages in the property. Please check labels for dates and allergies prior to consumption. Off Road parking is free where there are no road markings. Please note on Craig Y Don Parade new parking restrictions are in place as of January 2026. Breakfast not provided by the host but the property has facilities for the host to make their own breakfast. We expect our guests to leave the property tidy and clear the dishes and not leave any food or rubbish on the tables or floor. Please tie any waste/ kitchen waste in bin bags and leave them in the lounge on check out if you are not able to dispose them in the bins placed at the back of the property. Parking in front of the property is now paid. However, you may be able to park free of charge on the back roads with no marking. There is a baby travel cot which will need assembly at arrival but the guests and folding back on checking out. There is no SKY TV in the property but we have a few DVD’s that you can watch. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make sure you have updated your exact number of guests when booking, after booking if you plan to change the number of guests please take prior approval from the host and update on the Airbnb application. You are advised to keep recycling separately on check out as the council incur fine if the recycling isn’t done.
