Our modern apartment is located above Porthminster Beach and has large windows with panoramic views over the beach and St Ives bay to Godrevy lighthouse. It has a Bedroom with superking or twin beds, contemporary bathroom, lounge-diner with double sofa-bed and fitted kitchen. It also has the benefit of a parking space beneath the building. Please note there is a height restriction of 6'7" and width 8" for the entrance to the garage. The space The incredible seaviews make this apartment special! Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and garage for parking one car. They also have access to the communal washing machines and dryers. Other things to note the apartment is in an apartment complex and has external steps to access the property. Once inside the apartment the property is all on one level.
