Stylish 4 bedroom house in the heart of the historic area of Montpezat. You will enjoy the views of the mountains from the house and the calm of the Ardèche in the heart of the regional park of the mountains of Ardèche. There is so much to do! Excursions, fishing, mountain bike, climbing, canoeing, via ferrata, etc. The house is only 5 mins walk away from the village centre where you can find the local bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a restaurant, a café, a butcher and more. The space We have a beautiful house, very spacious and comfortable. There is enough space for up to 10 people (8 Adults + 2 Kids) with: LIVING ROOM: Comfortable sofa with a separate sofa bed, artwork throughout, a wood burner, an open plan into the kitchen and dining area KITCHEN/DINING: Modern kitchen with its dining table to seat 10 people with its pantry behind the kitchen. PANTRY: A large fridge and an extension of the kitchen which leads to a cellar. BATHROOM 1: A shower room with a toilet is located behind the kitchen. It opens out onto the back of the house. FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom 1 - Double bed + single bed Bedroom 2 - Double bed Bedroom 3 - Double bed Bathroom 2 - with bathtub & shower head Separate Toilet Landing leads to the terrace in the back of the house SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom 4 - large room with king size bed Guest access Entire house Other things to note Please note that the free off street parking is located behind the recycling station on the right towards the Montpezat sous Bauzon village All the bedding is provided, but please bring your own towels and beach towels.
