My place is surrounded by greenery, close to the beach, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. It is close to public transport stops. It can be reached on foot, about 200m from the bus stop. There are steps to access the entrance and an internal staircase between one floor and another. From here you can easily get to Portovenere, 5Terre, Portofino, Lerici and Viareggio. Close to the sea, and surrounded by green nature, it's the ideal retreat. San Terenzo is one of the pearls of the Gulf of La Spezia, nicknamed the "Gulf of Poets." Byron and Shelley have stayed there and were inspired by the beauty of this compelling area. Clean sea, sandy beaches, hidden coves between the curves of the cliff, green and fragrant maquis that stretch out to the sea. Its many attractions include: swimming pools, tennis courts, golf, a sailing school and rich, delicious cuisine based on fresh local fish. It is a land whose unique spirit will never die! Guest access I, Carla, and my husband Francesco are an elderly couple, with an open mind, with the pleasure of hosting to meet new people, different cultures. We live in this house that we love very much and we love the pleasure of sharing it. The kitchen, living room, patio, and garden are spaces you can enjoy, stay, and relax. Francesco and I will continue to carry out our daily routine, which may include the presence of some friends and/or children for lunch or dinner. During your stay I will be available during your stay, and if I am absent, I will make sure to ensure your comfort anyway. My knowledge of English is minimal, but the use of devices and my commitment have always favored mutual understanding.
