Parker's Cottage - Close to Timboon and GOR

A peaceful haven. Set in a tranquil garden, you will be able to relax and enjoy this charming two-bedroom cottage using it as a wonderful base to explore Timboon and the Great Ocean Road. Suited to couples and small families, Parker’s Cottage is located less than a 10-minute drive to Timboon’s fabulous cafes, shops and supermarket. Other attractions include Timboon Fine Ice Cream, Timboon Distillery and Berry World. We provide linen, towels and some basic breakfast and pantry provisions. The space Set on Kirrae Wurrong land - a lovely quiet location on 2 acres of garden and 5 acres of farming land. Parker’s cottage shares the land with our family home. Situated adjacent to our shed and located to the side of our home with ample parking. Parker’s Cottage contains two bedrooms and an open plan living, kitchen and dining - all with views of the garden and farmland. The cottage contains a kitchen, stove, microwave, dining table, wood fire, TV and BBQ. Enjoy and relax in this beautiful environment taking advantage of a great alfresco area and garden. Guest access The cottage and its verandah are for you to enjoy. Feel free to wander around the elevated garden in front of the cottage but our garden is private. You may at times see our family around but we will be mindful of your space. Occasionally we will need to access the shed next to the cottage. Other things to note We are happy to have dogs come and visit Parker's Cottage. Please note that we do not have an enclosed and secure yard and pets are to stay off the furniture.
