(During Holy Week and the Feria de Sevilla is in a privileged location to reach comfortable, fast and directly by metro to all the places of interest) The space We have lovingly prepared a modern and equipped apartment, designed to offer you a comfortable stay. It is intentionally divided into two main areas, day and night. The first covers a large open, spacious, ventilated and bright space with natural light, which integrates a functional kitchen and a comfortable living room in which to relax on a large sofa, listening to music, reading or watching TV. And yet, both areas, kitchen and living room, being integrated invite conversation between family and/or friends sharing the common tasks of the day. On the other hand, the night area ensures a comforting rest from the busy and strenuous tourist life, with three bedrooms, (two with a double bed and another with two twin beds). Each room is equipped with a climate control so that you can create the atmosphere you like best for your relaxation. All the apartment's windows have double glazing to insulate against possible noise. The two bathrooms, separated, one in each area (day or night), with their respective showers (ground-level with tempered glass partition and handles) have bathroom amenities, as well as a mirror, towel racks, etc. The views from the balcony are spectacular, with no obstacles you can see several municipalities and towns and you can see a beautiful red sunset every day. Guest access Inside the apartment, everything is at your disposal, there are no areas that you cannot access or that we keep as private areas. Outside the apartment, the entrance and stairs are shared with other owners of the building, so you are expected to comply with the basic rules of coexistence and especially not to make more noise than necessary when traveling through these common areas. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with an electronic door opening system (access portal to the building and access to the apartment) that works with your mobile phones or with a device that we would provide if necessary (the loan of this device requires a deposit of €100 that will be returned upon its return). Still, we like to welcome our guests in person to explain and help them settle in. It is important to know that the apartment is located on a 4th floor without an elevator, although the stairs are comfortable to climb, (it does not have high steps). We are aware of this "handicap" and therefore compensate for it with more competitive prices in the total price of your reservation. If other guests' confirmed reservations allow us to, we can be flexible with both check-in and check-out times.
