Centrally heated, converted detached barn with wood burning stove and garden for sole use of studio guests. The barn is very spacious; it is ideal for families or a couple who like space. The barn has an en-suite shower room, a large living area, television, microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle. Travel cot and high-chairs are available on request. Not self catering accommodation. The space This is an amazing family room, converted from a detached barn; it is approached up a few stone steps from a small garden. It is ideal accommodation for a couple who like a lot of space (approximately 39' X 19' ) or equally a family with 2/3 children.The Studio is adjacent to the farmhouse and enjoys the luxury of its own fenced garden. Please note it comprises of the entire building, there is no kitchen. Just the facilities listed below. It is not self-catering accommodation. Inside it is laid out on two levels. Up a couple of steps there is a comfortable kingsize double bed, settees and large wood burning stove. On the lower level: table and chairs, tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and a fridge and dishwasher. There is plenty of space for children to play and adults to relax. Children's bunk beds and a single bed can be screened off from the main area. The en-suite shower room with shower, basin, loo and heated towel rail. Guest access Guests have to walk through the stable yard to the studio. It is preferred that guests park outside the gate to the yard, so that the garden can be mowed, and so that there is enough room to bring horses down from the fields when required. it's not always necessary- please ask if you particularly want to park in the yard. thanks!
