Safe, comfortable and very convenient - you need not look elsewhere. The space A fully furnished brand new 57sqm 2 bedroom apartment complete with everything you will need including an ultrafast fiber WiFi. Ideal for a getaway holiday or business stay. You will definitely enjoy your stay. Other things to note Turn off lights and air conditioning every time you leave the apartment. Keep the door locked at all times. The apartment block residents are a combination of owner occupier, long term rental and Airbnb accommodation. Cleaning service: Should you require cleaning during your stay (at your own cost), please email me directly so I can organise this for you. Laundry: We have washing machine free of use, Drying are is located on the upper deck of the building. We can organise parking should you require one for you or your visitor 180 a day. The swimming pools are available to guests from Tuesdays to Thursdays only since only residents can access the pools from Friday to Sunday & its closed for maintenance every Monday.
