Breny's Studio - no cleaning fee.

Welcome to my Studio. Hi I am Breny, I love meeting people. Enjoy your own warm cosy private Studio, with its own driveway seperate from our house, and you have under cover parking. It has one room, comfy queen bed, and separate bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably and has a rural out look. You can visit some of the local wineries near by. It's 22 minutes to Napier and 7 minutes to Hastings. I look forward to meeting you. The space It has everything in it for your use. A bench top oven, electric element, Mircowave and fresh artesian water from our well to drink , but it is self cater. We have a outside table for you and a Cherry blossom tree to sit under in the garden. Guest access The whole place is for you to use. except two doors that are our storage area. Other things to note You can visit Te Mata peak for good views around Napier and Hastings. At the end of our road is a shopping centre, with Supermarket and laundromat. I have a security camera located on the right hand side of the shed from where you park your car. There is road noise.
