Mattresses and Pillows: ▪︎Main bedroom features a medium orthopaedic mattress, while the second bedroom has a softer orthopaedic mattress. All pillows are high-quality gel pillows and hypoallergenic. Feather or orthopaedic pillows are also available upon request. Additional Information: The apartment is non-smoking (smoking is only allowed on the terrace), ensuring a fresh and clean space. Guests have full access to: ✔️ All areas of the Apartment ✔️Parking lot at front of building ✔️Terrace &Private Garden, ✔️Communal garden with path suitable for jogging or walking. ✔️2 large swimming pools, ✔️Ping pong table & area for Badminton in communal garden. 2.There is NO access to the roof terrace as it is not part of the same property. 3. Please note that the pools may be out of use during some of the winter months. Please feel free to contact me to find out if the pools are available if your booking for the winter and would like to use the pools. (The pools are not heated and there is no baby pool or life guard). 4.CHECK- IN TIME Check in is Flexible unless stated otherwise in house rules section. Please confirm your check in time when booking. 5.CHECK-OUT TIME Check-out time is between 12:00 and 13.00 hours. Please note that any unauthorised late check-out after 13:30 hours will incur an additional daily fee as a penalty for exceeding the specified check-out time. ●Late checkout is available for an additional fee, subject to availability. However, on cloudy days or during winter, when sunlight is limited, you will need to switch on the water heater about 30 minutes before showering. Instructions can be found in the house manual. ● HEATING & COOLING The air conditioning units function as both heaters and coolers. They provide warm air in winter and efficiently cool the apartment in summer. ● INTERNET SPEED The standard internet speed is 20Mbps. If you require a higher speed, an upgrade can be arranged upon request for an additional cost. ● NETFLIX Netflix is available please remember to bring your own login details if you are a subscriber. ● CHECK-IN Check-in time is flexible (please ignore the default Airbnb time of 15:00). However, before booking, please review the [Rules] section, as check-in may occasionally be in the evening, depending on the previous guest’s checkout time. ● CHECK-OUT The standard checkout time is 13:00. A: Yes, the nearest grocery store is Eron Supermarket, just a short drive away. You can also order groceries for delivery to your door. Q: How far is the nearest sandy beach?
