Guests count as people - and must be on the reservation list. Never shall there be more than 16 people on the property. Your own PRIVATE POOL with massive deck that connects pool to the house. You can watch the kids swim from the kitchen window while you are preparing dinner. Huge front yard to play in. Absolutely no parties, reunions, celebrations, or events that have more than 16 people. We live next door. We have cameras on the outside of the property. No cameras are on the inside. 10 minute drive to Six Flags and 20 minutes from Downtown Atlanta, 22 miles to Atlanta Airport Large 5 bedroom 4 full baths. The home is minutes from Atlanta.
