The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and a wooden oak floor, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna experience and/or a private log fired hot tub session . The space The Granary is an ancient stone barn, set within 18 acres of beautiful Devon farm land on the edge of Dartmoor National Park and set within the The Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You will be spoilt for choice regarding things to do either staying on the farm getting to know the animals who also live there or travelling to the north Cornwall coast, for stunning walks and surfing options, the Tamar Valley with its bike trails and running tracks and dartmoor for its sheer wilderness beauty. Guest access The Granary has its own private access and is situated on the first floor of our 19th century barn. There are lots of walks around the area and you are welcome to help us with tending the animals on the farm. The granary provides the perfect base for a wellness break in idyllic countryside to feed the soul and refresh the mind. Guests have the option to book a private sauna session in the barrel sauna overlooking Dartmoor National Park and add a log fired hot tub experience to make it a complete wellness break. Other things to note A continental breakfast is included in the room rate, milk, the farm's own apple juice, bread and jams plus tea coffee and sugar are provided . There are kitchen facilities including a sink, fridge, a kettle, toaster, induction hob and microwave, as well as a bbq for you to use in your garden area and a fire pit should you wish to toast some marshmallows ! we only accept one adult dog in the granary at any one time
