This large two story home is situated in a quiet suburb of Sydney. Filled with light, high ceilings, stylish furnishings, art, heated pool and so much more. The home boasts a variety of living and entertaining spaces for a wide selection of groups and film sets. House trained pets are welcome. Things to note - This property only accepts guests with previous positive airbnb reviews given this is our family home which we vacate for the purpose of suitable Airbnb stays. The space This architecturally designed home is all you could dream of for your Sydney holiday haven. Heated pool, separate entertaining areas including pizza oven and BBQ. Spacious throughout. The home features a state of the art kitchen, with all appliances you will need including dishwasher, 2 ovens, 6 burner gas cooktop, microwave, double fridge and freezer with filtered water and ice machine. The kitchen features a sprawling stone bench top for casual dining and in the adjoining area a 10 seater table is available for more formal dining. The open plan living also allows for comfortable TV viewing on the large flat screen TV (Netflix Stan, Prime etc available) or simply lounging with 2 custom made 3 seater lounges and a number of Thai day mattresses for reading or relaxing. A separate space for Gaming or alternate TV viewing or even piano playing. This room converts to the 5th bedroom when required. There is a games room with pool table, Dart board and endless supply of board games for all ages . Adjoining the games room is an ambient court yard with fire pit. If you're a foodie or simply want to try your hand at something new try out the pizza oven. The downstairs bathroom is conveniently accessible from the pool area. This bathroom consists of an open shower with a rain head as well as hand held shower head. There is an adjoining laundry with LG touch washing machine, condenser dryer and other laundry essentials. The back entertaining area marries the indoor with the outdoor, with continued flooring and high ceilings, complete with the quintessential Aussie BBQ. A beautiful tiled and heated pool awaits you with a gorgeous canopied 5 seater day bed beyond for the ultimate paradise feel. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with luxurious ensuite. The bedroom houses a king size bed and walk through wardrobe, with the ensuite consisting of double stone basins and double shower. There is another bathroom upstairs that houses a unique stone bath tub, double stone basins and frameless shower. Two bedrooms, each suitable for one person consisting of king single beds and built in wardrobes. The final bedroom can accomodate up to 4 persons if required with a bunk bed /trundle combination (two people on the bottom double bed, one person on the top and a fourth person on the trundle. (NB Hosts will consult with you about which bedrooms/ configurations you require. If there are any bedrooms not required for your group these will be closed off during your stay) The open area upstairs consists of a library and several workstations. There is a stone sprawling wrap-around desk suitable for working if needed. Enjoy the luxury features of this home such as automated blinds, command controlled lighting and in the common areas and in bedrooms upstairs. The home has ducted air conditioning upstairs and down stairs and under-floor heating for winter months. During long stays pool maintenance and landscaping maintenance is attended to discreetly by our staff. For stays longer than 14 days staff will attend the property for cleaning at your convenience to replace linen, clean bathrooms and wash floors. Guest access The home is yours for the duration of your stay. Where not all bedrooms are required the unoccupied bedrooms are closed off. There is an adjoining garage that is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Parties - When not on Airbnb this is our family home which we love to share. In the interest of maintaining our home and out of respect for our neighbours, no parties are allowed. Visitors - only booked guests and our maintenance staff are allowed on the property for reasons noted above. Should you like a day visitor during your stay or your original booked guests changes please enquire with hosts PRIOR to your arrival to determine approval please.
