The space The place has been decorated by an architect to inspire a summery causy vacation dreamhouse where a family can relax and enjoy the sun, the sea and all of nature's blessings. Needless to highlight the magnificent fact that you are literally on the beach front with noone else in front of you ...but the sunset. The beach in front of the house hosts very few people, mostly residents, so you will find the tranquility and the space you need to enjoy the popular crystal-clear waters of Ierissos. Espresso-coffee maker, French-coffee machine, Greek-coffee pot, toast-maker, pots, pans, wine-glasses, a big fridge, hair-dryer, clothes iron, shampoos, pharmacy, sewing accessories, towels, blankets, washing machine, electric kitchen & oven, water boiler, outside barbeque installation-equipment, TV, CD player..... the house is equipped with literally EVERYTHING!!!!!!! Just bring your clothes and nothing more cause everthing else you will find! Most important for professionals!!!! The house is equipped with Wi-fi, so now nothing can stop you from taking your work to the beach!!!! Whether you use it as a place to think, a place to work or a place to socialise with the rest, the veranda right outside the house will be the place you will find yourself loving the most!!!! Other things to note Some rules that one needs to consider! *Please respect the non-smoking policy! -We do understand the particular need but we will deeply appreciate it if it took place outside the house. The balconies and the beautiful patio at the garden are undoubtedly a perfect place for smokers to enjoy their smoke. *Rubbish are no rubbish! -Near your private parking area you will find disposal bins inside which you are kindly requested to place your everyday garbage after you have initially placed them inside a closed bag. *Be quite to enjoy silence! - Please keep it quiet during midday (14.30-17.30) and after 22:00 *Help Greece remain green! - Towards saving this fabulous planet do make an effort to save resources, both water and electricity. Be 'green' and use efficiently the A/Cs. Make sure they are switched off when the windows are open. *Toilet Alert! -Please (URL HIDDEN) not throw paper towels or sanitary items in the toilet as this causes blockage *Furry friends always together! -We very much love animals but please make sure that should you bring your pet with you make sure your furry friend is always on a leash and doesnt bark to bother the neighbours. Also note that the place is not appropriate for large pets. *Swim naked...Please Dont! Please respect everyone around you and make sure you keep your clothes on at all times!
