A cozy one bedroom unit located inside one of the prime properties in the city. The unit is furnished with basic furniture and appliances. The space This is a cozy, 26.3-square meters, 1-bedroom unit located on the 9th floor of Tower 3, facing the sunrise. The unit is fully equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, and small flat screen T.V. with basic channels (no cable). Aside from the queen-sized bed in the bedroom, there is also a sofa bed in the living room big enough for one adult or 2 kids. Guest access Short-term (at least one week) guest have access to the gym at the clubhouse, basketball and badminton court, and swimming pools for a fee. Please contact us for rates and where to pay. Long term guests (at least one month) have full access to all amenities. Other things to note Upon confirmation of your booking, we will ask a copy of your and your companions' IDs (if any) . We will send to you the form for your check-in and will give you the check-in instructions. The administration also requires for the result of covid screening of each guest. Thank you very much. <3
