Apartment Broce beach

Nice position for summer events, swimming , walking , enjoy on the the sunshine , for children may be first training of safe swimming or first diving. Location is good for running and driving bicycle. Rooms are full light with large windows, double bed is 160x200 cm, very clean, balcony over sea with long view on open sea, sea way to Dubrovnik or trips to nearby islands Mljet and Korčula, nice coves. In any case you need to have a car for foods in 2 km away little town Ston. The space Apartment Broce beach is located in a small village near sea called Broce less than 55 km away from Dubrovnik and 2 km from Ston. in front of an apartment is a beach. Apartment has living room with kitchen, own bathroom, extra WC near 2 bedrooms with 5 beds, balcony over sea, extra terrace with electric grill, etc. Apartment is well-found and spacious with a nice sea view from a big balcony and old large shade terrace . It is part of old family house with the beach in front and enough space for all. Our apartment can be home for 5 persons (5 beds in 2 bedrooms),with dinning room and kitchen, table for eat, sofa, toilet, balcony , large shade terrace with sitting area, solar tank for shower, all on the up-floor , the own bathroom on down floor with use washing machine, it means a lot of different areas..... Only guests have access to apartment. They have their parking place near the apartment. Apartment is well-found with washing machine, towels, TV, kettle for water, caffee machine , We live in Dubrovnik but we are open for any question 24 hours per day. Our family will make your vacation easier and better. Apartment is a part of an old stone house situated in a small typically dalmatian village near sea. It is very quite place for a vacation with clean sea and beach just in front of the house, in case that you are on balcony, your children are on the beach, you can enjoy watching them or join them. There is no public transport. We recommend coming with a car or renting one. From this place you can very simple visit island Mljet in one day, or peninsula Peljesac , or Korcula, or travel for one hour to visit Dubrovnik (possible free parking in Dubrovnik)etc... Other things to note The house is in the sea and the beach, surrounded by two terraces, allowing you to always be on one terrace in the shade, especially with natural shade and a pleasant shower, the water is heated by the sun, a wonderful feeling. You can go down to the beach with deck chairs again in the shade, and of course to the sun and jump into the sea.....for younger children the greatest joy.
