Refusal to complete this The space Beginning in late August 2025 until May 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris. Have a look at this spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront condo that sleeps six at Inlet Reef Club, Condo #503.  The Kitchen has plenty of counter space with all brand new (2018), full size appliances, and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal.  Adjacent to the Kitchen there is a bonus room with a Daybed and a Trundle.  On the other end of the Kitchen is the Dining Area, complete with a large rectangular table that seats six guests with ease. The Kitchen’s bar can sit three guests, so you will never have a shortage of eating space.  The Living Room has a brand-new love seat, and a new (2018) couch, a plush chair, a 70” Flat screen HDTV, a DVD player, and balcony access.  The Master Bedroom has a King bed, new dresser, a flat screen HDTV, a DVD player, and balcony access. The Master Bathroom has a separated makeup area with its own sink, an additional sink, and shower.  The Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed, and the Guest Bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination.  The balcony of this condo is amazing. Hexagonal in shape, the balcony comes with a wet bar and an outside dining table. The unique shape of the balcony provides a 180-degree unobstructed view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and Destin’s famous powdery white beach sand. Amenities includes a full-size washer and dryer and complimentary high-speed wireless internet access. Complex amenities include grills, tennis courts, a swimming pool, exercise room, and Men and Women's Saunas. Guest access You must check-in at the on-site office located at 506 Gulf Shore Drive, Destin, FL 32541. If you are arriving after 5 pm you will find a packet with your key and information in the lockbox located in the the lobby. Please call our office in advance for the combination. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. On Saturdays, guests will not be allowed to go to the property prior to 5 pm. Complexes will no longer allow guests on site until their unit is ready. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in's that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver's license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in. Other things to note Occupancy includes all guests staying in the unit this includes children under 3. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
