Historic house on Exeter's quay

A glorious house, half way up, half way down. We have brought colour and life back into a historic house. Beautifully peaceful, with the buzz of the quays bars and restaurant just a few steps away. The space The house is located around Exeter's historic quay, with views of the river ex. The quay has direct access to miles upon miles to cycle paths, linking together a multitude of cafes bars and restaurants. The house it a grade 2 listed property circa 1840. It originally housed the workers on the quay, with the basement used to store goods to be transported along the canal. Guest access Guest will have their own room, with access to a guests bathroom. Guest will also have access to the kitchen, with there own fridge and cupboard space. Guest are also welcome to use the courtyard garden. The common areas are also used by us and potentially other guests so a degree of multiple respect is essential. During your stay We are willing to spend time with guests and show them around the local area. The local pub called the hourglass is one of the best in Exeter, and we sometimes pop up the pub for a quick half. Other things to note Must like Wackford our cat
