The farmhouse, completely renovated, is immersed in the Pontine countryside dominated by the Ausoni and Aurunci mountains, between Sabaudia, San felice Circeo and Terracina. It is a portion of a typical farm of the O.N.C., assigned in the 1930s to the reclaimers of the Pontine plain. It has a patio with a built-in barbecue, three bedrooms, a large kitchen, two bathrooms, a relax room. The space The apartment of approx 110sq mt is an indipendent section of a typial small farm part of the O.N.C. (Opera Nazionale Combattenti), an organization founded during the 1st World Warwhich from 1928 worked in the agriculture recovery and development of the Agro Pontino. The building has been entirely renovated, keeping and maintaining its original parts still standing and preserving some of the furniture typical of the 50’s and 60’s. It develops on two levels and a mezzanine level and it boasts a patio with built-in BBQ and surrounded by a garden of over 2000 sq mt., shared with the other section of the farmouse. On groundlevel there is a wide landing with the original staircase to reach the upperlevel. There is a fully self contained kitchen of approx 17sq mt with a large table for 8 people; a large bathroom with a bathtub. On the upperlevel: a large King bedroom; another King bedroom with a single bed more, a double bedroom with two single bed. On the mezzanine level: a relax room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. All rooms overlook the garden and are full of natural light – they have white walls and they are decorated with paintings, vintage memorabilia and drawings that reproduce the surrounding flora and fauna.
