Two air conditioning units ensure a pleasant temperature throughout the apartment, even on the hottest summer days. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. The lower level includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a sofa bed, and bathroom. The upper level (mezzanine) features a cozy bedroom with a roof window. Free private parking is available in front of the building (spot no. 2). Self check-in is provided via key lockbox, so you can arrive whenever it suits you. Other things to note – The bedroom is located on the upper level (mezzanine) and has a roof window. Please make sure to keep it closed when you're not at home, as sudden rain is possible. – The stairs to the mezzanine are standard indoor stairs, but they may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. – Parking is available in spot no. 2, directly in front of the building. – Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM – thank you for respecting our neighbors. – We kindly ask you to treat the apartment with care, just like you would your own home. 😊
