Villa Dorothea

Villa built in 2017 directly on Lake Starnberg on the outskirts of Seeshaupt. Short walk to the private lakeside property with jetty and boathouse. Surrounded by beautiful turn-of-the-century villas and old trees. Bright large common areas on the first floor, many small bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows on the upper floor and 2 cozy sitting windows. Ideal for two families, two stairs up to separate areas. Fantastic attic space, Table tennis room, foosball room, sauna. The space The house has just been completed. We have made an effort to create a homely atmosphere. We have planned a very large kitchen so that cooking and eating together is possible. Our oak table therefore measures 2.80 x 1.10 m. The bedrooms on the second floor are small and cozy. We have set up a TV room in the basement with a large TV. But it should not be the center of the house, so that you can relax. If someone wants to watch TV, they don't disturb anyone in their family and friends. In the basement there is also a spacious table tennis room furnished with a good table tennis table. The converted attic invites you to the morning yoga class, meditation, seminars in groups and is the perfect children's playground in bad weather. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Other things to note We have nice neighbors, it is a quiet neighborhood, so no loud parties are desired. Please be considerate. We built the house according to building biology principles. If you value a low-radiation environment, this is the place to be: Everything has been minimized as much as possible - this applies to both low and high frequency as well as electromagnetic radiation. The Wi-Fi can be easily switched off. We have chosen all materials according to building biology principles: floors, adhesives, mattresses, bed linens, towels, lighting. This ensures good relaxation not only for families with small children and electro-sensitive people, but for all guests.
