It’s on the second floor of the Old Captain's house, which is a 2 minute walk from two pubs, cafe, shop, bakery, tidal beach and the Fowey ferry. It's suitable for a family, a couple or friends, it may be a squeeze for four adults. There are many walks and beaches in the area, as well as shops, restaurants and boat hire in Fowey and lots of attractions within an easy drive. The space The apartment is situated on the top floor, within the roof space of the Old Captain's house. It comprises of a sitting / dining room, hallway, small kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. It is accessed by stairs from West street. At the front of the property is a shared garden, with picnic table and estuary views. Guest access Due to the narrow streets of Polruan, the nearest drop off point is 80 metres away and the best parking spot is up the hill at St Saviour’s carpark, which is about a 5 minute walk. There is a foot ferry to Fowey that runs regularly from Polruan Quay, which is within a 2 minute walk from the property.
