Description
Lovingly and comfortably furnished, former artist's workshop on a spacious meadow property and in a great location with unobstructed views of Mount Ifen and the Gottesacker Plateau. Best suited for 2 people or a family with small children. Super accessible by car and public transport: the bus stop is within sight, a private parking lot in front of the house entrance. The Parsenn ski lift and the Wäldele-Egg cross-country ski run are only a few meters away. The space The 60 sqm house has a spacious entrance area, a beautiful living room with a modern and well-equipped kitchenette, as well as a dining area and a sofa area with TV (cable TV). The sofa can be used as a sofa bed for 2 people if needed. However, at night when it is cold in the living room, the heating is quite loud. The south-facing terrace and the associated meadow property with a small stream are shielded from view and offer a beautiful view. The spacious bathroom is up to date and - like the entire house - equipped with underfloor heating. In the adjacent bedroom there is a 1.40 m double bed, as well as a pull-out upholstered furniture that can serve as a sleeping place for another person. In addition, there is an adjustable baby travel bed, which can also be used as a playpen. On the north side of the house there is a private parking space outside, as well as a lockable shed in which skis and bicycles can be stored. Guest access The guests have use of the entire house and the entire property. Other things to note The guest tax is not included in the price. Please transfer this in advance: €4.40 per person per night. Children 14 years and older pay. With the guest card, you get numerous discounts and can use the bus lines throughout the Kleinwalsertal free of charge.
