Enjoy the best Papamoa has to offer in our comfortable private guest wing in a safe, quiet neighbourhood, a short walk from the beach. The guest wing is located down a hallway at one end of our home, separated by a screen and is for your exclusive use only. You will also have your own private entrance via the kitchenette. Whether you’re coming for a short beach break, event at nearby Baypark, or an extended stay, we’d love to welcome you. The space The space we offer enjoys its own private guest entrance, one double bedroom (queen bed) with exclusive lounge, kitchenette, and outdoor garden patio as well as private bathroom facilities. The guest lounge opens directly onto the private courtyard, giving you access to all day sun, making both these spaces ideal for enjoying the day or making the most of the sunset hours with a quiet drink. There are multiple options for dining in these areas and the table in the lounge doubles as a workspace option. The guest kitchenette is equipped with microwave, electric induction hotplate, fridge and all essential cooking and serving equipment. An extra fridge and freezer space are available in the adjacent garage along with a Breville Mini oven with multifunction's. We supply an assortment of tea and coffee along with a variety of fresh fruit, cereals, and home baking. Laundry facilities in the garage are also available and for longer stays regular cleans and linen changes are provided for no extra cost. Off-street parking is available. Guest access Own private access. Other things to note Local amenities A Fresh Choice supermarket as well as local cafes and The Good Home gastropub are just around the corner. Pick up your daily caffeine fix on your way to enjoy a morning stroll along the beach. There is also a nearby bus stop in both directions to Papamoa town centre and the Bayfair mall which are only 2-3kms away with the main Mount shops about 8kms. The two major Golf Courses locally are Omanu and Mt Maunganui which are within 7-8min driving. We have bikes available for guest use to access the fantastic Papamoa cycle track which links up all the way along to the Papamoa town Centre and beyond and is easily accessible from the property. There is now a new Bike and Walking track from the start of Marine Parade, at the Oceanbeach Road end along the waterfront to the Mount Surf Club. We also make available beach towels and boogie boards for guests to use at the beach.
