It features a new kitchen, cathedral ceilings, plenty of natural light, rustic charm and lovely views. The space has its own entrance and is completely separate and private from the main house. A J1772 Level 2 EV charger is available for an additional $10 per night. The space Our barn has beautiful views of our pond, gardens and nearby farm. It is separate and very private from the main house, and features a living space with kitchen, eating area that can also serve as work space, air conditioning, futon couch that opens to a double bed, sitting area, a private bathroom and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The living space is spacious and open with vaulted ceilings and a 3/4 wall separating the bedroom (no door) from the rest of the space. The kitchen has everything for basic cooking, including a drip coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, toaster oven, microwave, small fridge with freezer, two-burner induction stovetop with pots and pans. Kitchen basics include: coffee and tea, creamers, sugar, salt pepper, oil, vinegar. There is a smart TV and wifi. The property is on one acre with a pond and sitting area next to it for guests to enjoy. The landscaping includes well established perennial gardens throughout. Guest access Self check-in makes it a breeze to access the space with a keypad lock. We will send you instructions for parking and how to access the space a few days prior to your reservation date. You can arrive anytime after check-in at your convenience. It is ok if you will be arriving very late in the evening. The entire barn loft is your own private space while you are here. You are also welcome to explore and enjoy the yard, pond and gardens. If you have bikes, skis etc that you would like to store for your stay you can put them in the downstairs space of the barn. We also have a large freezer in the downstairs of the barn you can use if you need.
