In the price are included all the costs, such as for example: electricity, TV & radio fees, water, internet access, waste disposal and weekly cleaning, incl. bedclothes and bath cloths (every 2nd week). Final cleaning included. Garage facility included. Rent: The monthly rent is 1’450.00 CHF (minimum 6 months) for single person. Shorter period are possible, but subjected to a higher rental rate. Please ask for a rental offer. This funished room is also suitable for 2 persons. In this case the rental price is 1'650.-CHF/month ( preis considering mind. 6 months rental). Deposit: 2 months in advance (2’900.00 CHF). Other things to note Complete floppy room with bed (1.40 ms wide), 3-door cupboard, mirror, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, colour TV with cable (satellite television), broadband internet connection, desk and refrigerator. Rooms are non-smoking. No cooking availability.
