The space Stylish and comfortable, this self-contained suite is perfect for a weekend retreat. Eco down under bedding, quality towels, bathrobes, heated towel rail in ensuite. Iron and ironing board ( perfect for those attending weddings and needing to press their shirt or dress ). We provide tea, coffee, and a complimentary bottle of red and white wine. This property is a five minute drive to Avalon, Whale Beach, Palm Beach, and just a few minutes more to Newport. There is a supermarket and all amenities in Avalon, even a local cinema, and massage salon. For those who are unfamiliar with the area, we have a guest folder with lots of recommendations for local eateries, activities, plus information on local walks, SUP and kayak hire etc. There are public golf courses at both Avalon and Palm Beach. So please come and enjoy your own taste of paradise. Minimum stay 2 nights. Guest access Private entry via carparking area. During your stay Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive a code for the keysafe, allowing you contactless entry and exit through the private entrance. Emergency contact details are contained in the guest folder. Other things to note Due to the situation with the Delta strain of Covid 19, we will only accept bookings from those who have been fully vaccinated.
