Workplace with a good Eames chair Very fast WIFI (120mb), Copier, scanner and printer. Beautiful balcony with nice view of the oilpalms. Rich bird life. Peace and tranquility. - A very good price. Guest access Guests have the whole house for themselves. A large living/dining room and a nice bedroom. A workplace with a good Eames chair. - Guests also have free access to facilities such as printer, scanner, copier and 2 bikes for 50 thb/1 € pr. day. Wifi 120 mb!!! We pick our guests up for free (Railway, bus or airport), but 300 tbh to take guests back to the train station, bus or airport. 600 tbh to drive guests to the pier for ferry to the islands. Washing machine costs 50 thb. + soap Scooter can be rented, - 250 tbh for a day. The weekly price is 200 tbh daily. Netflix and Smart TV. Breakfast available and will be served in the house, - 300 bth / 8 euro / 60 dkr. for 2 people. The breakfast consists of: - Egg as you like it ?, toast, bacon, sausage, big juice, coffee / tea, fruit of the day and a surprise ?? A bottle of red wine 3/4 liter (Peter Vella) costs 400 thb /11 €. A 3/4 liter LEO beer costs 65 thb / 2 € A bottle of water every day, - FREE !!!!! Food from the TonRak restaurant can be brought out to the house (free of charge). The menu card is located in the house. Other things to note The "Dress Code" is very laid back on Thung Whua Laen Beach. But ALWAYS with respect for the local customs! Bikini in restaurants is not popular. The same goes for visits to the temples. Travel easy and wash frequently, - remember your sun cream. Bring your own medicine if you need it. Against bad stomach (which is very rare), we can always help you. Do you want something bought from the city of Chumphon (toiletries, snacks, wine, beer and ....... ?????) Then there are two options: Either we buy it for you, - or you go with us to town on one of our weekly shopping trips. Every hour, there is also a small yellow car, with platform, that makes it a bus/taxi for the local population. approx. 1 € each way. Last car home from Chumphon and out to the coast is 17.30 !!!!!!
