The comfort apartment Sunrise is suitable for business travelers or maximum 2 people (as a second bed is a sofa bed available ). S-Bahn (S3+S4) leaves every 15 min, 13 min directly to Frankfurt Messe 17 min to Frankfurt main station 41 min to Frankfurt Airport Within walking distance: Rewe, restaurants, cafe, pharmacy The space - quiet neighborhood - no main street - the apartment is located with 2 other apartments in a family house with garden access and free parking spaces - the washing machine and dryer are not in the apartment but on the 1st floor. You are welcome to approach me if you want to do your laundry (for a small fee). However, if the neighboring apartment is free, you can also use the washing machine from there. - If needed, we will be happy to lend you an iron, the ironing board is in the closet in the entrance hallway. Just ask for it upstairs with us. The following items are available in the apartment: - - Kitchen utensils - pan, pots, plates, bowls, spoons, fork knives, etc. Hot plate, kettle, rice stove, sandwich toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker and filter, kitchen towels, kitchen rolls, dishwashing liquid and organic garbage can. Basic cooking stuff like pepper, salt, sugar, cooking oil . - Bathroom utensils - shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, hand wash soap, hair dryer, bath towels and hand towels. - Living room and bedroom - sheets, pillows and blankets, hangers, radio, table lamp, smart TV, dining and working table, single sofa bed. - For hot summers, we are at your disposal the fan. - Baby chair available. Guest access Access is shared with the other flats. The terrace can be shared and there is a small garden. Access to the flat entrance with 2 steps. Entrance light has a motion detector. Other things to note The best way to get to the station is to take the AST and then go to Frankfurt city centre. There is the possibility to take the bus line 252 and go from "Bushalterstelle" (5 min from the flat) to "Steinbacher Str.". Then walk right to the traffic lights and 2 minutes to the station. The second possibility is to take an AST (Anruf-Sammel-Taxi) to the station. AST - this is how it works! 1. 30 minutes before the departure time, call the AST number - and order the AST. 2. give your name, stop, number of passengers, destination and departure time. 3. go to the bus stop. 4. show the driver your RMV ticket (group day ticket for up to 5 people or single journey) or buy a ticket. Ask the driver to give you a receipt for your journey. 6. get off the bus at the stop of your choice.
