The space Welcome to “Business Class Two,” your exclusive waterfront retreat – a unique beach bungalow in an absolutely secluded location. Experience unforgettable sunsets in our high-quality beach bungalow right by the sea! Here, where the soul relaxes and the sea touches all the senses – the personal vision of the owner shapes your vacation home for an all-round pleasant feeling. The beach bungalow is located directly on the sea with its own beach access and impresses with its special secluded location at the eastern end of Costa Calma. Here you can expect gentle sunrises as well as breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy relaxing hours on your secluded terrace in complete privacy, away from the hustle and bustle, but still centrally located. The bungalow has three bedrooms with comfortable double beds (2 x 180 x 200 cm, 1 x 140 x 200 cm) and two en-suite bathrooms with shower and windows. The fully equipped kitchen with stove, baking microwave combination unit and dishwasher as well as the living room facing the sea with dining and couch corner offer maximum living comfort. The furniture was chosen with loving attention to detail and exceeds the usual standard. The two en-suite bathrooms, with glazed shower cabins and windows, are each assigned to the bedrooms and have their own toilets. A washing machine is available in one of the bathrooms. The terrace, designed in Moroccan style, offers a brick all-round lounge with comfortable, thick cushions and invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings (Weber grill). The lounge fire (gas) creates a special atmosphere at night. The terrace is wind-protected, perfect for enjoying the sun on your lounger with a good book. Your car will find its place on our private property above. For windsurfers, this is a highlight as they can start right in front of the house. A rental station for equipment and a sports school are about 500 meters away. You can safely store your own material on the premises. Additional services can be booked by arrangement with the property management, including a massage service on your own sun terrace, cooking service, housekeeper, stand-up paddle boards (SUPs), purchase of drinking water directly at the house and other individual wishes that we will be happy to implement for you.
