The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom spacious. The unit is close to the Country Club swimming pools. NOTE: Rent does not include Pico Club entrance fee (1,500/head). The space This 2-bedroom unit can host up to 9 persons. It has a fully-equipped kitchen where you can cook your meals or prepare your coffee. Each bedroom has a full double-sized bed, with extra floor mattresses. There are two sofa beds in the living room to accommodate other guests. A full bath with toilet is equipped with hot and cold shower. An added living space is a wrap-around patio where guests can relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Being on the 5th floor, the unit has unimpeded views of the surrounding mountains and treetops. Guest access Payment of the guest fees at the reception would allow unlimited access to the facilties at the country club and beach area. There is a large pool where one can do laps or simply lounge around. Dining options at the club include a restaurant serving Asian cuisine, and a sports bar where you can get your fill of burgers, shakes, and fries. If you prefer to engage in sports, there are basketball, volleyball, and badminton courts. There are rooms for table tennis, racquetball, and video games. In the beach area you can rent jetskis and boats for cove hopping. There are trails that you can explore and do bird watching. A lagoon in the center has pathways where you can stroll or jog. Other things to note Thank you for taking interest in this listing. The following are some details that you might want to know: 1. Proof of vaccination or tests for Covid are no longer required. 2. Pico management allows maximum of 9 guests for a 2-bedroom unit. Only children below 1 yr old are not part of the count. Please be aware that Pico is strict in enforcing this policy. 3. Aside from the condo rent, please note that there will be payment of registration fees for the use of facilities in the Country Club (swimming pool, basketball/badminton/volleyball, etc) and access of beach area. The Beach Club, however, is exclusively for club members. The one-time payment is good for 7 days. Please refer to the fee chart in the photo section. 4. Registration will be done in the Country Club inside the resort. Payment of the fees will be done there. Our property manager, or her representative, will be there at the condo unit to assist you upon check-in. I will provide her contact details once you have successfully booked. 5. Pico management requires submission of guest list 2 days before check-in, and so booking would have to be done 2 days or more in advance. 7. We don’t allow pets in our unit. Sorry, this is non-negotiable. 8. You can bring food and cook in our unit. Please refer to the photo descriptions for the list of kitchen appliances and other unit amenities. Utensils, good for 8 persons, are provided. There is a restaurant (Lagoa) inside Pico. You can also go out of the resort to dine at the many eateries in the small town nearby. There are no big fastfood joints nearby. The nearest are in Nasugbu, 30 minutes away. 9. Answers to frequently asked questions: - Our condo is a 10-minute walk to the beach. There are also free shuttles going around the resort to take you there. - The condo building has 2 elevators - There is free parking outside the building. It is limited, though, so it’s best not to bring too many cars. - Grilling using charcoal is not allowed by Pico management. You can bring an electric grill (for cooking samgyeupsal).
