Air-conditioned 23 m² studio for 2 people in the Les Lièges de Palombaggia residence. Within a complex of 12 accommodations, enjoy a peaceful and green setting, surrounded by pine trees and centuries-old cork oaks. Palombaggia Beach is reachable in a 15-minute walk. The residence is ideally located: 15 minutes by car from Porto-Vecchio and 30 minutes from Bonifacio and Figari Sud Corse Airport. The space The air-conditioned 23 m² studio for two people, with a private terrace of 15 m², consists of: A 140 cm bed and a sofa (with the possibility of a second separate bed). Bed linen and towels are provided, and the bed will be prepared for your arrival. For stays longer than one week, the linen is changed every Saturday. Entertainment and security: Flat-screen TV (TNT) and a safe. Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator (with a separate freezer), kettle, coffee machine, orange juicer, toaster, 2 vitroceramic hobs, microwave oven, and all necessary cooking utensils. Bathroom: Washbasin, toilet, and bathtub. Terrace: Table, chairs, sun loungers, and an electric barbecue. Additional services: Free parking in the residence (gated with a code locked at night) and a self-service laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. After enjoying the terrace and the park, you can head to Palombaggia Beach. From the residence, a pleasant 15-minute walk takes you to the beach: 400 m along the Palombaggia road (private pedestrian access) and then 800 m through the maquis (1.2 km in total – route not suitable for persons with reduced mobility, strollers, or young children). You will arrive at the beginning of the magnificent Palombaggia Beach, which comprises three areas: Palombaggia Beach, Folaca Cove, and Acciaro Cove. After the beach, enjoy the residence’s park, furnished for relaxation in the shade of our centuries-old trees. Guest access The studio and its terrace are completely private, ensuring your privacy and comfort. The park, however, is accessible to other residents, offering a pleasant space to relax. Free parking is available within the residence, secured by a coded gate that is closed each night. A communal laundry room is at your disposal to facilitate your stay. We will be on site to welcome you, help you settle in, and answer all your questions with a smile :-) Other things to note The accommodation must be returned in a satisfactory condition of cleanliness :-) We ask for calm and respectful individuals who value the tranquility of the residence. Any person displaying inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Portable speakers are not allowed on the terraces and must be used at a very low volume inside the accommodation. Please refrain from using the loudspeakers of your mobile phones on the terraces.
