With its 42 m2, large 30 m2 furnished terrace and Android TV, it will allow you to relax during your stay in Châteaubriant. Easy access and parking, in a small quiet residence, you can stay there in peace, alone, as a couple or with family (sofa bed in the living room). The space The accommodation will allow you to stay independently with: - its own equipped kitchen (fridge and freezer, electric stove, oven, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, dishes and kitchenware) - its own bathroom with shower - linens and towels (included) - its bedroom with 140 bed and large closet - sofa bed in the living room - Wi-Fi - an ANDROID TV (which will allow you to access your own Netflix account, etc.) On sunny days, you can enjoy a 30 m2 terrace with: - garden furniture and parasol, - deckchairs - a BBQ grill. Guest access Depending on the day and your arrival time, the keys will be handed over either in person or independently using a key box. - Check-in to the apartment is possible from 5 p.m. - On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated no later than 12 noon after cleaning.
