Modern Central Harlem Townhouse

Our house is a spacious, bright and modern townhouse in central Harlem with carefully curated furnishings, very convenient to transportation and close to several parks. Comfortable (with central air conditioning) and convenient with a large fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 8, home theater, garden and the kitchen/dining area opens completely (via accordion style doors) to an outdoor deck. The space This is a 100-year old classic New York City brownstone with exposed brick walls, updated in a modern style, with a large skylight, large open kitchen, dining area, home theater (with 130 inch screen), study, with 3 bedrooms (one containing a home gym). The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay; a fully equipped kitchen with eat-in dining area and dishwasher, a washer/dryer for clothes, the fastest broadband internet available in NYC with wireless "mesh" system, and central air conditioning and ceiling fans for environmental comfort. The master bedroom has a king size bed; the two upstairs bedrooms have sleeping lofts with twin mattresses. One of those bedrooms has a twin sofa bed as well; the other is set up as a gym but has a floor mattress as well. Guest access Guests can use the entire three floor house, backyard deck and garden, including a home gym (that doubles as a bedroom) and a HD projector home theater. Guests cannot use the cellar. Other things to note Cats live in the house during the year (but will not be present during rental stays.) The house is NOT childproof in any way and may contain features that are hazardous to young children including stairs and kitchen equipment. Children are welcome but all risk is assumed by the renters.
