Villa Teresa is located on a hill in Oltrepò Pavese, surrounded by 5 hectares of property with vineyards and woodland exclusively for guests' use, offering views in every direction and something for every member of the family. Children will love the pool and games, while adults will appreciate relaxation among the estate's vineyards and proximity to Pavia, Parma, and Milan. Panoramic pool, walks in the vineyards, relaxation with a glass of wine and reading. Pets allowed The space The villa furnishings are exclusive and refined, has 2 bedrooms (bed linen and towels for the bathroom equipped) overall in the second floor: one queen bed and the other with 2 single bed booth equipped with air condition. Bathroom are located in booth floor. On the ground floor is located the kitchen, dining room and breakfast room. Living room with reading area and characteristic sofas. All televisions for each room are equipped with Netflix and SmartTV. For the smallest guests, baby equipment like a crib, highchair and booster seat is available. Swimming pool is open from May to October. Swimming pool is private for the gust who will stay in the property. There will be no other people there. Located across the courtyard with a private entrance.  There’s a wood-burning outdoor barbecue and wood-fired pizza, ping-pong table and a dining area in the courtyard where you can enjoy what you’ve grilled. Guest access Guests will have exclusivity access to the entire property which includes the villa, the swimming pool and the vineyard. Other things to note The entire property, surrounded by our vineyard, is exclusively reserved for our guests, ensuring a serene and private experience. With no neighbors nearby, you can relish in the tranquility and beauty of our vineyard estate.
