Broadeford Barn is a lovely spacious barn conversion close to the beautiful north Devon coast and excellently located for guests to enjoy the exceptional beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. There is a large family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a chair bed with adjacent bathroom. Downstairs there is underfloor heating in the well equipped open plan living room and kitchen. The accommodation is dog friendly with a dedicated field nearby for dog walking & exercising. The space The detached spacious barn conversion provides attractive and comfortable accommodation in a lovely rural location and is ideally situated to the UK's best beaches of Woolacombe, Saunton & Croyde. It is in the beautiful Caen valley with its clean river & is dog friendly with a fenced field for exercising your dog. It is family friendly & we welcome children of all ages. There is plenty of off road parking too next to the barn conversion. Guest access Guests are welcome to use and wander through the fields that are managed for their wildlife & where there is a large pond. Other things to note There is a minimum of 3 night stays except during the peak season July & August & school half term weeks when we prefer whole week bookings but will accept shorter stays to fill the calendar (there is a 10% discount).
