Cottage in Grado

Great house in a village in the center of Asturias, with great views of the valley where the Cubia River flows into the Nalón. 1km from the town of Grado famous for its markets. A few kilometers from exit 19 of the A 63. Very well connected to Oviedo. The space House distributed over 2 floors, the ground floor is a spacious and open-plan kitchen-dining-living room, with an office that gives access to the bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with a full bathroom in each of them (3 bathrooms in total upstairs). 2 bedrooms have access to a terrace with armchairs and a table to enjoy the garden. On the ground floor there is a patio with a factory bench and table and chairs and for when the sun is shining an awning. We have a small lawn space where there are sunbathing hammocks and a swing. We have a large paved parking area in front of the house.
