This 2-bedroom apartment, under the roofs, with the charm of the old, has been completely renovated for your comfort. It is located on the third and top floor (no elevator) in a beautiful building with exposed beams and Volvic stones. The space Modern in the old, the accommodation is located on the most beautiful street in Riom, in the front row to admire the famous clock tower. Quiet and ultra bright, nestled in a historic 18th century building with a beautiful inner courtyard, access to the apartment is via a spiral staircase in Volvic stone dating from 1781 that will lead you to the third and last floor. The apartment is a 63 m2 attic apartment, it has high ceilings with beautiful beams and exposed Volvic stones. It offers two charming bedrooms, both overlooking the inner courtyard of the building. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, two nightstands, a small wardrobe and a skylight equipped with a solar-powered blind. The second bedroom has a single bed, a nightstand with night light, a dresser and a window with child safety. You have a closet in the hallway if needed. The bathroom with natural light has a shower and bathtub, heated towel rail, hair dryer and Bluetooth speaker. The toilets are separated. The main room, very spacious, overlooks the street with two very large and beautiful windows. It has a sitting area with a large corner sofa (sleeps 2 people when unfolded), a smart TV with large flat screen connected to the apartment's Wi-Fi, a dining area, with a large buffet to store your groceries and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. There is no washing machine, but there is an iron and ironing board. The main room is equipped with mobile air conditioning. Parquet flooring, the paintings have just been redone. The apartment has a motorized ventilation system (VMC) in the main room, bathroom and toilet that allows the air in the accommodation to be continuously renewed as well as a mobile air purifier with ultra-quiet HEPA H13 filter with night light to capture pollen, dust etc. ideal for families with babies, children, couples or groups of friends. Linens and towels are provided and beds are made upon arrival upon request. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, passing through the common areas via a 56-step Volvic stone spiral staircase dating from 1781. Other things to note Property that can be rented under a mobility lease (minimum 30 days, maximum 300 days per landlord). Due to the current COVID situation and for everyone's protection, additional precautions have been put in place in my accommodation, respecting a safety period of 2 days between each reservation and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces. The tourist office is located a stone's throw from the apartment to make your stay an unforgettable one and make the most of all the magic of Auvergne and its beautiful and majestic dormant volcanoes.
