Grand Rivers is located on Land Between the Lakes. Kentucky and/ or Barkley Lakes are great for fishing and recreation. There are hunting areas nearby as well. Grand Rivers is the home of the famous Patti’s restaurant. Uptown has unique shops and the Bagett theater for family entertainment all within walking distance. We have a huge yard with a fire pit to relax by, corn hole and hillbilly golf already set up. Plenty of room to park your boat.Grand Rivers has something for everyone. The space We are located on a oversized lot right in town. There is a BBQ grill on the back deck as well as fire pit to sit around in the evening. We have corn hole and hillbilly golf set up for games. Plenty of space to park and park your boat. There is a local grocery store in town if you forgot anything as well as some places to eat. Patti’s settlement has something for everyone, boutiques to shop, Putt putt golf and playground, and the Baggett Theater all about a block or two away. Guest access Large drive way with plenty of parking and room for boats. Some storage may be available depending on the date. Other things to note We have a big drive perfect for boats some storage. Great fishing and hunting spot. Only half a mile from Barkley and Kentucky Lake. Turkey Bay is right down the road for some off road riding. Beautiful golf coarse over by the dam.
