For security reasons, you will need your room key to open and access the front gate at all times. Other things to note #1. THIS IS A LICENSED PROPERTY. In order to comply with the Japanese government, we will be requiring all guests staying in the property to provide a copy of their passport before checking in. #2. ATTENTION SMOKERS: We want to provide a smoke free environment for our guests. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed within the building or in the room. If there is any sign of smoke smell in the home upon your checkout, we will assume there was smoking involved in the home. There will be a fine of 15,000 JPY if violated. This is non negotiable. If you would like to smoke, please find the nearest convenience store which is a 1 min walk from the apartment. You can freely smoke there. #3.
