Other things to note We're excited to share that the swimming pool at Serin is open for guests! To ensure a smooth experience, please book your pool access at least one day in advance, and let us know before making your reservation if you'd like to use the pool. The pool fee is ₱100 per person durig weekdays and Php 150 per head on weekends , with a maximum of four guests at a time to use the pool. The pool is closed every Tuesday for maintenance and general cleaning, so plan your visits accordingly. A few additional reminders: smoking is not permitted inside the unit, and the maximum capacity is eight guests, including babies and children. We will need to collect the names and IDs of all guests staying in the unit to submit to property management. For long-term stays (1 month or longer), please note that water, electricity, and Wi-Fi costs are not included in the Airbnb rate and will be based on your actual usage.
