Stunning 4 double bedroomed house overlooking open fields on all sides in a beautiful part of north Cornwall. 3 miles from Polzeath beach and 2.5 miles from Rock with loads of watersports, great beaches and coastal walks close by. The house is set in 3/4 acre. The space Tresweden House is a 4 bedroomed house in a beautiful part of north Cornwall. The house has a total area of approx 1800sqft. There are 2 master bedrooms with high vaulted ceilings. Both have king size beds, en suite shower rooms with basin and w.c. Each bedroom has a large feature windows with sliding door access to a large south west facing balcony. The third bedroom has a double bed and 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. There is a family bathroom with bath, shower, wc and basin. In total the house sleeps 11 people in comfort. Downstairs there is a large kitchen, dining area and entrance hall. The dining table sits 14 people. The kitchen has 2 built in ovens, a 5 ring induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and American style fridge freezer with an ice and chilled water dispenser. The dining area opens out via a 5 panel bi-fold door onto a decking area with an outdoor dining table. The garden faces south west, ideal for dining out on warm summer evenings. There is a brick built BBQ The lounge is 19ft x 13ft with French doors leading onto a rear decking area. The back garden overlooks open fields. The lounge has three large leather sofas and a 50 inch smart TV. In the kitchen dining area and the lounge there is a blue tooth speaker system which connects to any mobile device so guests can play their own music. The property is wi-fi enabled. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a large shower room with basin and wc. The property is built to high eco standards with double glazing, under floor heating on both floors and high levels of thermal insulation which is kept at a comfortable temperature all year round. The property is fitted out to a high standard among the best in the area. There is ample parking to this property. The total grounds are 3/4 acre which is shared with the two other properties which make up Tresweden. Each property has its own private garden. The property would suite a very large family or two families who enjoy holidaying together. We are able to accommodate dogs at a cost of £25 per dog per stay payable on arrival please. Guest access All space within the 4 bedroomed house is for the sole use of the guest. In addition there is a rear, side and front garden to the property which guests will have the sole use of. Other things to note You need a car, or some form of transport to stay at this property. There is a rear, side and front garden which have views over open countryside. There are plenty of pubs and very good restaurants at Polzeath, Rock, Wadebridge and Padstow within a 10 mile radius.
