You will be staying in a relaxing, freshly renovated basement apartment with a fully furnished kitchen, and private entrance. Our space is family & business friendly, conveniently located just steps away from the B&O Bike Trail, 6 miles to Mochican State Forrest, Snow Trails Ski Resort, Malabar Farm, Pleasant Hill Lake, canoeing, & short drive to Mansfield Reformatory, Mid-Ohio Race Track and 31 miles to Cardinal Shooting Center. Our home sleeps 3-4 people with queen size bed and futon . The space Our home is NON-SMOKING , and we DO NOT ALLOW PETS OF ANY KIND!!! There are dogs that live upstairs, and bark occasionally, but are friendly. Quiet hours are from 10:30pm -8:00am. No parties of any kind. Please be respectful. Guest access Entire apartment/suite is accessible to guests. Washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Fire pit, & charcoal grill are available for guest use, as well as a spacious yard. Guests have their own separate entrance Other things to note This is a self check in, but are available if needed. The host has two dogs (medium & large) that live upstairs and a job with odd work hours which include coming home late & leaving early.
