An elegant, modern and welcoming studio on the holiday real estate market, with access to the beach between Acapulco and Steaua de Mare, 5 minutes walk from the promenade where you can go down to the beach, it is fully equipped for a family holiday by the sea. It can be an efficient starting point to various tourist points in the area: Techirghiol 2 km, Tuzla wild beach 10 km, Costinesti 15 km, Mangalia 35 km, Vama Veche 35 km, Vadu wild beach 42 km and Corbu 35 km. Holiday with sun! The space The 5-storey building (our location is on the 2nd floor) is provided with elevator and parking on the ground floor. Guest access At the entrance to the Eforie Nord resort, take the first street (Grivitei) to the left from the Petrom gas station, towards the sea, to the Mario Hotel, where you will take the alley to the right and you will reach your destination... the building is new and has not yet been added to Google map... we hope in the future! Other things to note The resort is in a continuous modernization: of the gas network, water pipes, new buildings, the waterfront... we apologize if they will disturb visually! Holiday with sun!
