Our unit has 1 bedroom plus den and can sleep the following: -Bedroom has a queen bed, sleeps 2 -Den converts to an enclosed bedroom with sliding door and has a pull out couch, sleep 2. -A second pull out couch in the main area, sleeps 2 Fully stocked kitchen, central AC and Furnace. Flat screen TV with cable Tickets for waterpark available at reduced rate with password provided to renter on check in. Sherkston Shores is a family friendly resort and renters must abide by property rules for everyone’s enjoyment and safety. The resort offers many activities including waterpark, restaurant, live entertainment, weekend fireworks, fully equipped grocery/supplies store, laundromat etc. Beach facing fire pit, 2 parking spots and over flow parking availability Guest access See www.sherkston.com for all the available activities. Other things to note Please note the what to bring list to make the most of your stay: WHAT TO BRING: ALL LINENS including: -bedding for 1 queen bed and 2 pullout sofa beds, double size (queen sheets can be used and just tucked underneath mattress) -pillows and pillow cases, -bath towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/bar soap. -Sunscreen -Beach towels, beach umbrellas and other beach gear. -Firewood (can be purchased at go cart place on way into Sherkston or at the Sherkston Shores store on-site) -Food, Bottled water – while it is safe to drink the tap water, it is a personal preference and we always suggest having some bottles on hand -Marshmallows or S’mores kits are nice too for evening fire pit There is a Value Mart about 10 minutes in near by town of Ridgeway, No Frills and Walmart both a 20 minute drive or you can purchase from the Sherkston Shores Store in the park is a 2 minute golf cart ride. You can order from Sobeys online grocery to deliver right to the trailer. AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE The following is onsite for your use: BBQ with propane Pots Pans Baking and serving dishes and utensils Dishes, cutlery Plastic and foil wrap marshmallow sticks for the fire pit Toaster Tassimo Microwave Drip coffee maker with filters Blender Cutting board Baking sheet Dish Towels/J-Cloths Oven mitts All cleaning supplies and chemicals Fire pit, 6 muskoka chairs plus extra chairs for seating around the fire pit. 2 TVs (one with cable and both have an Amazon Fire Stick) please let me know if you need a code to access if you don’t have a Netflix or Amazon Prime account. I leave a supply of the following for you: -Toilet paper -Paper towels -Hand soap -Dish soap As a reminder there is no smoking permitted and no pets are permitted in the property. There will be a one-time administration fee, per person, per reservation of $15 plus tax charged at the time of registration. This fee only applies to renters age 6 and up. (This fee will be added to your balance due at the time noted in your contract) No visitors permitted. Individual renters must be over the age of 25. This means if the renters are not a family travelling with their children, every person on the reservation must be over 25. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests if this condition is not met. There is a limit of two (2) vehicles per rental, per site. Any additional vehicles will be denied entry Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy per reservation is 6 people including children of all ages. Renter Access & Wristbands Upon arrival to the Main Gate, your renters should give their last name and specifically state that they are the renters of your site number. Once their registration has been confirmed, they will be given a welcome package with resort information as well as one wristband per person (aged 6 and up) listed on the registration. If they arrive with more people than what is listed on the registration, they will be denied access. Resort registration is $15 plus HST for anyone aged 6 years and older. These wristbands identify your guests as registered renters with permission to access the resort. Daily passes are valid for any single day of the week Mon-Fri passes are valid for all 5 days, Monday through Friday Weekly passes are valid for any consecutive 7 days
