Our villas are located on the Gulf of Makari, just 2.5 miles before getting to S. Vito Lo Capo capital of “Costa Gaia” and home of the Cous Cous Festival. The houses are within walking distance from the first swimming option. Great examples of contemporary architecture where the Le Corbusier lesson has been well studied and applied. Scent of jasmine, lavander, salvia, rosemary, cappers, and other Mediterranean spices will pervade your days here. The garden and terraces always offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Either toward the Dolomitic rock walls belonging to the Zingaro Natural Reserve or facing west toward the gulf. The Upper Villa The villa features two external terraces thoughtfully furnished with garden sofas, chairs, and tables. Also a modern-design gazebo creates a pleasant shade, strategic during certain time of the day. It is possible to choose between the two terraces according to the sunlight. Inside the house guests will access a large living room/lounge area with direct access to the two terraces. A queen size sofa bed is also available. There are two entrances to the house. The first will lead you in from the private parking. The second will be your direct access to one of the terrace and to the garden. Just off the living room, a confortable bathroom with shower. The kitchen is cozy and fully equipped. A short hallway will lead to the sleeping area. Two double bedrooms same in size will host comfortably four persons. Each bedroom is equipped with one closet. A second bathroom with shower is located just outside the two bedrooms. The house is fully furnished and equipped with a whole series of amenities to make your stay more pleasant.
