Description
You can be sure of a warm welcome on your arrival at my home in Beech. One of 3 rooms to let, this one here is a lovely restful double room overlooking the garden. It has good wardrobe space and drawer storage. There is a washbasin with mirror and shaving point and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a shared bathroom with shower and toilet and also a seperate toilet. Downstairs there is a comfortable seating area with a small television and an electric fire that you can use if you wish. Guest access A comfortable sitting area with a small television is available for guests use with a wood burner effect electric fire for cooler days. Outside, guests can access the garden and there is a beautiful lake on the farm if you feel like a short walk. Day fishing is available (own tackle needed) for a small charge. During your stay I enjoy meeting people and am happy to have a chat and help you to plan your onward journey or your day’s activities. I can give you lots of information on local places to eat and drink. If you prefer to be quiet and relax and have some peace then I am perfectly happy to leave you to it but I am nearly always around should you need me. Other things to note A light breakfast (cereals, fruit, toast with homemade jams and marmalade etc) is included in the price. Sorry but no access to the kitchen, however if you wish to bring in a takeaway or your own food I can provide plates etc and do the washing up! Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the bedroom. There is also a small fridge downstairs for guests use. Though the house is situated close to the M6 motorway, all the rooms have double glazing so noise has not been an issue. I will send you directions before you come. The house is situated just down a lane, off the main road, but if you follow the directions carefully you will have no problem finding me. I am several miles from the nearest village so you will need a car or use a local taxi firm for transport. I ask my guests to send me an estimated time of arrival so I can make sure that I am here to welcome them. I no longer have a dog but there are three outdoor cats that sometimes come into the house but are not allowed upstairs.
